Carrick on Suir nestles in the Suir Valley overlooked by
the mountain of Sliabh na mBan with the foothills of the
Comeragh Mountains to the South.
Carrick, as it is locally known, is located on the N24,
the route which runs from Rosslare Ferry Port on the
south east to Limerick on the west coast.
Waterford is just 25 minutes away and Kilkenny is within
45 minutes drive. The busy town of Clonmel is just 20
minutes away.
The main part of the town is in County Tipperary with
the more southern part of the town, Carrickbeg residing
in neighbouring Co. Waterford – much friendly.
